To make a request for public information (RCW 42.56.), email district.secretary@oceanbeachschools.org. Records requests may be submitted electronically or by delivering a paper copy of your request to the following address:

The following form is required for all facility use requests.  If the request is for time outside of normal hours, please indicate what additional services (custodial, kitchen, etc.) will be needed.
